Most homes we work on are design-build, meaning we are with our clients every step of the way. The lines of communication are open from our first meeting through follow-ups after you move in. You’ll know what’s happening with your home because we’ll be on the job site daily.

At closing, you will receive a packet of information regarding service or warranty work procedures. If service work is requested, we will follow up to ensure any items are completed to your satisfaction.

Honesty is the J Jones Homes policy on bids.

We will create a clean bid based on the floor plan we designed together, including construction allowances. We will create a beautiful, cost-effective home.
